About

Meet Your Inspector

I'm Billy Heller, and when you book an inspection with Long Island Trusted Inspections, I'm the one who shows up — every time. Before I became a full-time home inspector, I spent years working hands-on in construction, so I'm not just checking boxes off a list; I know what I'm looking at and why it matters.

I built this business around one simple idea: give homeowners an honest, thorough look at what they're buying, without trying to sell them things they don't need. If I find something outside my scope, I'll tell you exactly what it is and point you toward someone I trust to handle it — a licensed electrician, plumber, contractor, or exterminator from my own network. No commissions, no pressure, just a straight answer.
